The day I was there for a refund a woman in line before me was trying to get a refund for the over ******** dollars that they charged her. I expressed multiple times my lack of funds and clearly they don't care, they kept pushing and asking me about my finances and credit card ability. I didn't realize I was overcharged until one was a zero balance notification. I reached into the bag and found No Receipt. Feeling so incredibly taken advantage of I went to pick up my cousin from the Express and wanted to return items that night. One card was charged for ****** and the other ******. I was still sitting in the chair with a fan. So I agreed on ****** from each card which she brought to the desk which apparently is where the NO Refund sign is. I explained I couldn't afford it but found myself handing her cards to run through. In a whirlwind of a sales pitch, she acted like I alone would get this special pricing. There was no way I could go out with only one side now frozen in place. To be honest at the time I could in fact tell the difference and now found myself almost begging her to do the other side. So while slapping eye serum under my eye and having me hold a fan, she couldn't stop telling me how much Better I looked. ![]() She started talking very fast over the loud music of the store in a very thick accent. My 50th birthday is on the 26th this month and I felt terrible about my appearance now. She started talking about the eye serum that would help the bags under my eyes. I am not a rude person and found it extremely difficult to say no. She handed me a sample of lotion, and before I knew it I was coaxed into the store by her aggressive sales tactic. I was walking through the mall looking for the restrooms, when I was approached by a woman standing at the doorway of Forever Flawless Store. On January 19, 2023, I stopped at the ********* Plaza in ************* to kill time before picking a cousin up at ***** Express.
